Our Okumidori matcha is made from a single cultivar grown in Uji, Japan and selected for its depth and balance. known for its fuller body and savoury umami, Okumidori produces a rich, layered drinking experience with a lasting finish.

Traditionally stone milled to preserve its vibrant colour and smooth texture, we find Okumidori cultivar especially enjoyable as both usucha or with milk.
